Privacy notice

Updated October 15, 2026

This notice describes information used by StatHuddle’s sports research and personal pick-tracking service.

Information you provide

Your sign-in provider supplies an account identifier and account details such as your email address. In the Cloudflare version, Google or email-link sign-in is handled through Supabase. StatHuddle uses your verified identifier to associate your saved records with your account.

If you save picks, we store selections, markets, lines, odds or confirmed entry payout multipliers, stakes in units, sportsbooks, event times, notes, results and timestamps. Community features store your chosen display name, bio, follows and sharing choices. Support emails contain the information you choose to send.

How information is used

We use this information to sign you in, save and display your records, calculate your self-reported performance, operate optional community features, respond to requests and maintain the service. No wager is placed by saving a ticket.

Private records and optional sharing

Saved picks are private to your account unless you choose to share them. Creating a community profile makes its display name and bio visible to signed-in community members. Shared picks can show the selection, notes, source, odds, stake, times and results. Your email address is not included in the community member directory or pick feed.

You can stop sharing a pick. This removes it from the shared feed, but it does not erase copies other members already saved. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in your public bio or shared notes.

Browser storage

Your browser stores sign-in session information, selected views, favorite teams and sample bookmarks. An unfinished pick slip is kept in session storage so it can survive a page refresh. Clearing browser data can remove these local preferences and sign you out; it does not delete tickets saved to your account.

Service providers and external content

Cloudflare hosts the standalone site and its account records in D1. Supabase handles that version’s authentication. Google handles Google sign-in when selected. These providers may process network and device information, including IP addresses, for operation and security.

Sports data comes from providers identified in the app, including ESPN and The Odds API. Loading remote player images or following external links can send ordinary network information to the destination. Those services have their own privacy practices. StatHuddle does not send your private pick notes to a sportsbook to place a bet.

Retention and your choices

Saved records remain associated with your account until removed through a verified request or a service cleanup. Support and operational records may be retained as needed to handle requests, protect the service or meet applicable obligations. Residual backup copies may remain according to provider backup cycles.

To request access, correction or deletion of your account information, email StatHuddleSupport@gmail.com from your sign-in email when possible. Tell us what you want to access, correct or remove. We may ask for reasonable verification before changing account data. Deletion requests are handled manually; there is no automatic account-deletion button in this version.

Deleting StatHuddle data does not delete your Google account. Copies of shared picks already saved by other members may remain in their records. You can also sign out, change your profile, stop sharing and clear this site’s browser storage.
