Report a problem
Include the page or feature, what you tapped, what happened, your device/browser and a screenshot if useful. For a missing or incorrect line, include the event date, player or teams, sportsbook/platform and market. A platform may offer lines that our data feed does not return.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, session tokens or payment-card details. Hide sensitive information in screenshots.
Account and privacy requests
Request access, correction or deletion of account data. Send the request from your sign-in email when possible and describe what you need. We verify requests before making account changes. This is a manual support process.
Sign-in help
Use the same Google account or email address you originally used. The standalone site offers Google sign-in and email sign-in links. For an email link, check your spam folder and request a fresh link from Account. Google account recovery is handled by Google.
Saved picks and results
Find your tickets in My profile. Open a ticket to record its result or choose Void ticket now. Voids remain in History with zero net units. Saving or voiding a StatHuddle ticket does not place or cancel a wager.
